It all started when founder George tried his first Provençal olive at a farmers market and decided to bring them back home. Today, they make sure those olives - and all matter of authentic ingredients - inspire the creation of dishes packed full of flavour. As part of the B-Corp community, the journey matters; their care for people, product and the planet goes beyond the journey from farm to table.
